Our Reformer Pilates studio combines mindful movement with focused alignment to strengthen, tone, and restore your body. Using state-of-the-art reformer beds, each class is guided by expert instructors who emphasise core stability, posture, and mobility.

I am confident in adapting classes and exercises to suit all individual needs whilst keeping the experience both flowing, engaging and precise. Expect a strong, full body workout that builds gradually in intensity and leaves you feeling empowered & energised alongside a great playlist and an environment where every body is welcome and diversity is celebrated.

I have grown up around movement being a dancer throughout my childhood and into my teenage years. I discovered Pilates when seeking an additional activity to complement my strength training. I instantly fell in love with the slow, controlled and intentional movements and after years of personal practise decided to begin my journey to become an instructor. Clients can expect a class that features classical moves with a contemporary twist. I love finding a class that flows really well from one move to the next.

My teaching draws from classical and contemporary repertoire, combining alignment-focused technique with mindful movement, and layering in more challenging options to build strength, stability, and confidence. My classes aim to leave you feeling stronger, more aligned, and flexible.

I am a Pilates instructor with two years of teaching experience and more than seven years as a professional dancer. My approach is calm, controlled, and focused on building a gradual burn that strengthens the body with intention. In my classes, you can expect to work hard, move with purpose, and leave feeling both accomplished and deeply relaxed.
