A Nordic influence features throughout, from the white birch ply kitchen to the organic flow of the rolling hillside-inspired roof. This bijou bolthole has been designed with intimate retreats in mind, yet wall-to-floor windows create a light-filled space that celebrates its rural setting. The Hide is located in the village of Pickmere, Cheshire where there are plenty of countryside walks right on the doorstep. The Red Lion pub is walking distance from the property or the bustling town of Knutsford is only a ten minute drive away, boasting a huge array of shops, cafes and restaurants. Nearby local attractions include Tatton Park, Arley Hall and Dunham Massey, as well as being centrally located between Manchester, Liverpool and Chester.
Our usual check in time is 4pm and check is out is 10am on your departure day.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets to stay at The Hide.
Unfortunately we cannot accomodate parties or events held at The Hide. If you are looking to host an event or corporate day then there are options we can help with at The Farm Club. Please contact [email protected] and one of the team can discuss your requirements.
Yes, we welcome families at The Hide of up to four people. The beds can be made up as twins or super kings in either room and we can provide a travel cot and high chair if needed. Please note that there is open water right by the property and an electric fence running behind the hedge at the back leading down to the lake.
Unfortunately it is a two night minimum stay at The Hide.

Beautiful country gem
The Hide is the perfect name for this beautiful country gem. The ideal escape from the city. We are regular Airbnb travelers and would rate The Hide as one of the best places we have stayed. The place was immaculate, modern, eco friendly and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We would highly recommend this wonderful place and we will definitely be back.
A special stay
It’s hard to put into words how special this stay was. We never imagined how we could feel immersed and transported to another world in the way that we were. The comfort, style and views are all outstanding. The level of detail and design is beautiful. The setting and the vibe is just like being at one with nature, but in a state of luxury. I can’t recommend enough.
Tranquil and beautiful
A tranquil and beautiful resting place. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities one could ask for. The sunset was amazing looking out through the large floor to ceiling windows and patio doors only added to the ambiance. In addition to the lake view and walks, Knutsford is only 13 min drive with lots of bespoke shops, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend.
